Bolinas | Stinson Beach California Pearls
Hi All,
Here you go. . . where I went, what I did, what I liked and any bewares.
Bolinas Bay | Stinson Beach California
• If super sunny day, drive over Mt. Tamalpais for your route and catch a view in one of the pull offs

• Once down in Stinson Beach go to Stinson Beach Surf + Kayak for your wetsuit and board rentals and lot's of extra good info from these wonderful long time low key locals. Located at 3605 CA Hwy 1, Stinson Beach.
• Follow around the bay, gorgeous drive, to Bolinas Bay Beach and try to street park somewhere where Brighton Ave and Park Ave meet. There is a park with bathrooms if you aren't comfortable changing into your wetsuit at the car. I went in late October and needed a 4/3 wetsuit and booties, use gloves if your hands get cold too. The walk with your board isn't far from there.
• Post "surf sesh" you will want to explore this little gem of a town mixed with laid back culture and hipsters from "The City." We ate the best fish and chips (fish so fresh caught just hours earlier) Coast Cafe
• On our way to San Francisco (this was a between here and there surf sesh, we didn't stay overnight but would love to next time) we stopped for a coffee at Stinson Beach Market located at 101 Calle del Mar, Stinson Beach, CA 94970 for a delicious espresso and a visit with the cutest quiet barista's pup.

The only Beware is to always check the surf report, I like Surfline, they have a free version for conditions and the weather as it is often foggy here. The break is mostly sand.
Then off to San Francisco! This is for a later blog STRING of PEARLS
- Please share The Chicks Company | Deb's Travels with friends and family. As it grows so will the STRING of PEARLS to include discounts and retreats to pass along.
Until next week!
XO,
DEB RYAN
