EXCHANGES & RETURNS POLICY

The Chicks Company is committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your purchase so just follow our simple exchange/returns steps below and we will have you back to your active lifestyle pronto!

 

EXCHANGE - TERMS AND CONDITION

Within 15 days of receipt of goods simply let us know that you will be EXCHANGING the product by emailing us at debbie@thechickscompany.com with your order number and the size or color you wish to exchange for.  We will then send you an email with exchange item(s) availability and confirmed shipping instructions, including an RA# to include with your exchange.

Goods must be in their original condition, unworn or washed and with the original tags and packaging. Return the goods in this condition within 15 days to: -

We recommend that you keep a tracking number of your return parcel as Cycling Chicks is not responsible for lost or missing exchange parcels.

We will notify you by email, including a tracking number, when we post your new exchanged garment out to you.

 

RETURNS - TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Within 15 days of receipt of goods simply let us know that you will be RETURNING the product by emailing us at debbie@thechickscompany.com   with your order number and a brief statement as to why you are returning the item so we can make future improvements. Goods must be in their original condition, unworn or washed and with the original tags and packaging. Return the goods in this condition within 15 days to: -
